# Phase 1 — Planning Session — Prompt

**Starting an Operational Mode session**

Operational mode.
We are starting a new content planning cycle for ISO27DIY.
Before proposing anything, do the following:
1. Read the corpus overview in the project knowledge base
2. Read the target group, tone of voice, and channel notes in the project knowledge base
3. If we have run previous cycles, I will paste the analytics report below. Read it before proposing topics.
[PASTE ANALYTICS REPORT HERE — delete this line if this is the first cycle]
Now propose an editorial plan for the next [two weeks / month — pick one]. For each proposed piece include:
- Topic and angle
- Why this topic — grounding in the corpus, the audience, or the analytics
- Target audience segment
- Key message
- Recommended format and channel
- Relevant note paths to fetch from the vault
- Any gaps or validation needs you can already see
Do not propose more than [X] pieces. Be realistic about what a small team can produce and distribute well.
Wait for my feedback before finalising anything. I will push back, adjust, or approve each proposed piece. Once we have agreed on the full plan, produce a clean final editorial brief for each approved piece in the format specified in your instructions.
